Action Stations

Chef in Action at the Grill Consider adding an Action Station to any buffet. A "chef in action" always adds a little "wow" to the party. Or, a few separate stations may be all you need.

Chef-attended Pasta Station with a  Duo of Pastas to Include Farfalle (bow-tie) and Penne Combined with an Incredible Array of Toppings to Include Portabella Mushrooms, Sun-dried Tomatoes, Parmesan Cheese, Kalamata Olives, Fresh Diced Tomatoes, Scallions, Fresh Garlic, Fresh Basil, Crushed Red Pepper, Homemade Marinara, Alfredo Sauces,Pesto sauce.

Carving for Carnivores -  $14.95 Per Person

Chef-attended Carving Station Includes a Savory 7-herb Rubbed All White Boneless Turkey Breast and our Dijon Grain Mustard Basted Roast Beef Sliced to Oder by a Professional Chef and Served with Fresh Sliced Silver Dollar Rolls, Dijon Mustard, Horseradish Cream, Cranberry Sauce and Au Jus

 

Tenderloin of Beef Carving Station  -  $16.95 Per Person

Beef Tenderloin Seasoned w/ Peppercorn and Fresh Herbs Accompanied by a Side of Mushroom Demi Sauce

 

The Pig Roast  -  $9.95 Per Person +$175 Rotisserie Grill Fee Applies

With Pineapple-Mango Chutney, Spicy Dijon Mustard and Barbecue Sauce Completed with Silver Dollar Rolls

 

Mashed Potato Station  -  $7.95 Per Person

Homemade Mashed White Potatoes and Sweet Potatoes Piped Into Martini Glasses With an Array of Toppings to Include White Cheddar, Sharp Cheddar, Chives, Bacon Cracklings, Sour Cream, Whipped Butter, Cinnamon Butter, Brown Sugar, Chopped Cinnamon Almonds

 

The Mexicana  -  $8.95 Per Person

South of the Border Ingredients to Include Red and Green Bell Peppers, Spanish Onions, Jalapeño Peppers, Jicama Sticks, Tomatillos, Diced Sweet Tomatoes, Cilantro, Cumin, Garlic, Achiote Oil, Chicken and Steak Strips

Complete with Guacamole, Sour Cream, Pico de Gallo, Soft Flour Tortillas (low-carb available for $1.00 extra pp)

 

Pan-seared Scallop Station  -  $9.99 Per Person

Fresh Scallops (20-30) Lightly Seasoned with our Own Cumin Season Mix and Presented on a Bed of orange Papaya Compote; Served on a Real Scallop Shell

Chocolate Fountains

Add that Wow! Factor to the end of your evening, or simply enjoy it throughout the entire event. The fragrance of warm Belgian chocolate filling the air with that sweet aroma is simply irresistable! We offer two beautiful fountains flowing with dark and/or white chocolate

$300 per fountain or both for $550 - Includes all disposable clear plastic plates, white and dark chocolate (12 pounds of each)  Maximun of 2 hours service time

$150 attendant required

Each fountain is sufficient for up to 50 people
