Hugo's Gourmet Catering brings great taste and beautiful presentation together, creating an exquisite culinary experience. The cuisine is a blend of the old world and the new, including exotic Latin and Caribbean flavors, Asian Fusion and traditional Mediterranean. General Information

Hugo's Gourmet Catering, Inc. is a full-service catering company.  Whether you are entertaining 20 or 1,000, Hugo's can assist you with every detail in putting together a most memorable event.

Our Menus

We've written our menus based on our clients' most requested items.  However, we will customize a menu exclusively for your event, while staying within your budget.

Event Planning

Because we know how hectic life can be, we can connect you with the most reputable event planners in the area that will alleviate virtually all of your worries in the party planning process.

Staffing

We provide professional and courteous service staff including waiters, waitresses, bartenders, chefs and utility personnel.  Our staff will set-up, provide professional service throughout the duration of the event, and clean upon conclusion of the event. Our professional staff will attend your event, uniformed in black and white tuxedo uniform, or for more casual affairs, khaki shorts/pants and a Hugo's Gourmet Logo shirt. 

Rates

November 1 to May 31 - $30 per hour per staff member, minimum of 6 hours. 

June 1 to October 31 - $25.00 per hour per staff member, minimum of 6 hours.

Holidays - $35.00 per hour, minimum of 6 hours

Chef’s Fees - $150.00 to $200.00 depends on event

Rental Equipment 

We will assist in arranging all of your rental needs from tables, chairs, linens, glassware, tents, etc., through one of our party rental company affiliates.

Sales tax of 6.5% and gratuity of 18% will be added to all parties.
