    Pricing Terms

    • Parties of less than a guarantee of 50 guests is subject to higher pricing
    • All menus are priced on a “per person” basis.
    • Menu pricing is subject to change based on market fluctuations
    • All final guest counts and final payments are due (7) seven days prior to the event.
    • Functions are based on four-hour duration. Extended receptions will incur additional labor charges.
    • Wait staff is charged at $30 per hour, minimum of 6 hours each. Based on a four-hour reception 8 hours is typical and includes setup and cleanup.
    • White china, water goblets and shell design flatware are included in dinner prices.
    • Linens, napkins, tables, chairs and any other rentals are not included in these prices.
    • 18% gratuity will be added to all food charges
    • Florida sales tax will be applied to all charges, excluding labor.
